The Retreat Palm Dubai has become the latest hotel to be given the Dubai Assured stamp from the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

The Dubai Assured stamp indicates that the hotel has rapidly adapted to the pandemic, deploying a range of hygiene and safety measures. The stamp is valid for 15 days and is subject for renewal every two weeks, following inspection and assessment by relevant authorities.

After successfully rolling out Accor’s All Safe Programme, the property has also been given CovidClean certification from Safehotels. The certification is given after an on-site inspection and audit, lasting for a year.

To ensure the safety of guests and employees alike, the 255-key property has introduced contactless services where possible. Guests are advised to use the hotel’s WhatsApp to communicate with staff, or the dedicated hotline to have hygiene queries answered.

Rooms and touch-points are frequently cleaned using hospital-grade products.
