Report: Abu Dhabi hotel performance in March
ADR, RevPAR and occupancy rates all dropped
Preliminary data released by STR for the month of March shows that Abu Dhabi hotels were significantly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Compared to March 2019, occupancy dropped by 32.9% to 55.1%, while average daily rate (ADR) decreased by 32.6% to AED33.92 and revenue per available room (RevPAR) fell by 54.7% to AED183.86.
