Hotel group Kempinski Hotels has announced its loyalty programme within the MENA region.

The scheme, named ‘Epicure Essential Pleasures’, provides discounts on F&B experiences at the hotels, as well as accommodation rates and spa treatments.

At the time of writing, Epicure Essential Pleasures has been introduced in select hotels in the UAE, Oman, Kenya, Jordan, KSA, Egypt, Lebanon and Ghana.

Participating hotels include: Kempinski Al Othman Hotel Al Khobar, Kempinski Hotel Aqaba, Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City Accra, Kempinski Nile Hotel Garden City Cairo, Kempinski Summerland Hotel & Resort Beirut, Royal Maxim Palace Kempinski, and Villa Rosa Kempinski Nairobi.

Guests can sign up for the scheme via a dedicated app, opting for either the standard or premium tier membership.

Standard is free of charge for the first three months and gives guests 10% off on dining experiences, accommodation and spa treatment. Premium provides up to 25% off of dining, along with a 20% discount on room rates and hotel experiences. Finally, premium tier offers a ‘Buy One Get One Free’ voucher on a range of hotel services.

The programme was created via a collaboration with Hospitality Marketing Solutions (HMC), a well-known provider of paid membership loyalty schemes.
