Dubai hotels record rise in occupancy in September

Figures revealed by Dubai Tourism showed that ADR, RevPAR continued to drop

While occupancy for Dubai hotels rose in the month of September 2019, data released by Dubai Tourism revealed that average daily rate (ADR) and revenue per available room (RevPAR) continued to drop.

Occupied room nights recorded was 23.12 million, an increase of 1.23 million when compared to the same period last year, which saw 21.89 million occupied room nights.

ADR dropped by AED52, to AED393 this year, when compared to AED445 last year. While RevPAR dropped by AED43 to AED289 when compared to AED 332 in September 2018.
