Accor launches Ibis and Adagio Hotel complex in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Complex will feature 178 hotel rooms at Ibis, 77 serviced apartments at Adagio

Hospitality group Accor Hotels has launched an Ibis hotel and an Adagio apartment hotel in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Located on Malik Road, close to the new Jeddah Waterfront development, the complex offers 178 hotel rooms at Ibis, 77 serviced apartments at Adagio.

In addition to that, the property also features a raft of shared facilities including Hadiqat Laila a 24-hour café along with innovative meeting rooms, a gym, an extensive fitness and wellbeing centre an outdoor swimming pool with a 12-hour coffee shop.

Speaking about the property, Sami Nasser, chief operating officer, Accor Middle East & Africa said: “We are proud to partner with Al Mohammadia Al Motahda Company to bring Ibis and Adagio brands for the first time to Jeddah. With close to 60 hotels in Middle East & Africa under the Ibis family, the opening of Ibis Malik Road represents the strength of the brand within the economy segment, alongside Adagio, our apartment offering with functional spaces in prime city locations.”

The hotel’s meeting rooms can accommodate up to 110 guests, while the fitness club includes a fully equipped gym, swimming pool and sauna, steam and massage rooms. There is also a business centre, web corner for internet access, a furnished designated kids’ play area and indoor and outdoor car park.
