Four Seasons Bangkok set to open February 2020
The 299-room property also has a luxury urban GOCO Hospitality-conceptualised spa
The Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River will begin accepting reservations for guest arrivals starting 1 February 2020.
Set along 200 metres of the ancient riverfront of Bangkok’s Chao Phraya River, this Jean-Michel Gathy designed Four Seasons hotel will add a new level of luxury riverside hospitality to Southeast Asia’s most popular city destination.
In addition to the 299 guest rooms, including suites with garden terraces and a two-storey Presidential Suite, guests will also be treated to a luxury urban GOCO Hospitality-conceptualised spa that maintains a special focus on mind, body and soul.
In addition to the spa conceptualisation, GOCO Hospitality also assisted Four Seasons with market research & feasibility studies (conducted by our sister company, Horwath HTL Health and Wellness), strategy and operational recommendations, technical services including conceptual and schematic design and additional design development review.
The spa will feature nine single and double treatment rooms, one spa suite with thermal facilities, a private garden and bathing areas, a beauty salon, male barber, gender-specific heat and water experiences along with a gym and a mind and body studio. The spa also includes an Advanced Beauty Room, a place where science meets natural wellness through a range of technologically advanced slimming and anti-ageing treatments for men and women.
Founder and CEO of GOCO Hospitality, Ingo Schweder, said: “The Bangkok riverfront demands a new spa facility that is set apart from the existing offering in the area. The spa that we have helped create at Four Seasons offers something completely different, focusing on the healing elements of water.”
