Transguard Group has announced the launch of its graduate programme for UAE Nationals. The one-year programme gives successful candidates an opportunity to develop business expertise, managerial skills and knowledge through on-the-job training, assessment, as well as gaining vital skills for the workplace such as teamwork and problem solving.

Transguard Group continues to be dedicated to investing in UAE talent, which is why we’ve launched the Graduate Programme for UAE Nationals to enable young UAE professionals to build their professional skills and grow their career,” said Transguard Group managing director Greg Ward. “The citizens of the UAE have always brought tremendous value to Transguard Group, which is why we’re especially pleased to be launching this programme dedicated to UAE Nationals.”

Throughout the graduate programme, candidates will join an area of the business they’re interested in. Theoretical training delivered in-house will provide candidates with the foundation to begin a prosperous managerial career, as well as opportunities to refine their leadership and teamwork skills.
Entry-level candidates and recent college graduates looking to begin their careers are encouraged to apply to the programme. Interested candidates should send their CV to emiratisation@transguardgroup.com.
