Dubai College of Tourism launches one-day course
The students will be given training on customer service skills
Dubai College of Tourism has launched a one-day course on customer service skills training.
The course will cover the key principles and building blocks of customer service and will take students through the steps, techniques and strategies in service delivery.
Students will also be trained on how to determine customer needs, overcome customer service barriers and respond to customer complaints.
The one-day training will be held on 21 September, 2019 from 9am to 3pm at Dubai World Trade Centre.
