Work on Deyaar’s Millennium Al Barsha Hotel completed

Work on Millennium Hotels & Resorts’ four-star hotel and serviced apartments Millennium Al Barsha Hotel is now completed and the property is expected to open in August 2019, according to officials.

The seven-story property has a total of 408 units, comprising 109 serviced apartments, with 93 single-beds and 16 two-beds, and 299 hotel rooms with 15 suites.

Facilities at the property owned by Deyaar Development PJSC, include two lobbies (one for hotel and the other for residences), a Moroccan cuisine restaurant with outdoor space, all-day dining restaurant, spa, gym and kids play area. Leisure facilities include dedicated areas for men and women with a ladies-only swimming pool.

Speaking about the new hotel, Saeed Al Qatami, CEO of Deyaar, said: “Here at Deyaar, we are honoured by this chance to continue to support Dubai’s Tourism Vision 2020. The city wants to attract more families and mid-market travellers. Millennium Al Barsha Hotel, with its modern rooms at affordable prices, will help do just that.”



Ali Hamad Lakhraim Alzaabi, president of Millennium Hotels and Resorts Middle East and Africa, said: “Earlier this year, we announced the opening of Millennium Atria Business Bay, our first hospitality venture with Deyaar and today marks our second hotel opening with the company in Al Barsha neighborhood and we are delighted to expand our reach.”

Deyaar’s other upcoming developments include Millennium Mont Rose serviced apartments which is currently in its final stage of construction and will open later this year at Dubai Science Park.
