Phase one of Oman’s integrated tourism complex (ITC), Muscat Bay, has been completed.

The project that recently opened Signature Parkland (an outdoor community hub) as part of Phase 1 will also open the Jumeirah hotel and the Village Square soon.

Phase 1 of the project marks the completion and availability of villas, apartments and duplexes in the property sections of Wajd, Zaha and Nameer, the Times of Oman reported.

Muscat Bay covers 2.2 million square metres and is in partnership with the Oman Tourism Development Company (Omran) and Saraya Holdings Oman.

Once completed, the project will include 435 residences, two five-star hotels run Jumeirah Group.
