Eid Al Adha holidays announced for public, private sector in UAE

The country will have a four-day holiday

Holidays for Eid Al Adha for UAE’s private and public sector have been announced.

According to the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR), UAE will have a four-day holiday.

On its Twitter account, the authority said that Arafat Day will be observed on 9 Dhu Al Hijjah 1440 and Eid Al Adha will be celebrated on 10, 11, and 12 of the Islamic month.

According to Gulf News, this could mean that the holidays could start from 10 August and last until August 13.
