Temporary tourism centres set up by Oman’s Ministry of Tourism

The centres will be located in Dhofar as part of the Ministry’s efforts to boost tourism numbers to the region

Oman’s Ministry of Tourism has reportedly started operating temporary tourism information centres in the Dhofar governorate.

According to news publication The Times of Oman, Marwan bin Abdul Hakim Al Ghassani, director of the tourism promotion department in Dhofar said that the temporary centres would provide visitors and tourists with information on hotel data and hotel apartments.

It added that the Ministry of Tourism has contracted temporary tour guides to work in tourist information centres.
