Four Seasons Hotel Singapore marked its 25th anniversary with a revamp of the hotel and restaurants.

Rooms and suites at the property were refurbished over the last year, and the original deep, rich palettes have been replaced with contemporary interiors that feature a natural colour palette of dusty cool blue tones and lime green accents, inspired by the water and tropical lotus leaves of the Singapore Botanic Garden’s Swan Lake.

Relaunched in March 2019 after a month-long revamp, One-Ninety offers an Asian twist on Provençal cuisine. Signature dishes include snapper bouillabaisse with spicy daikon and lemon grass, Iberico pork presa with star anise, pineapple chutney and celeriac purée and braised wagyu beef short ribs seasoned with a homemade spice paste of hand-blended turmeric, blue ginger, coriander and toasted coconut.

Newly-minted Michelin-starred restaurant Jiang-Nan Chun offers authentic Cantonese cuisine, while the restaurant's design is evocative of the pastoral lifestyle of the Jiang Nan region's traditional river villages.
