Dubai receives more than 170,000 GCC tourists during Eid holidays

A total of 171,334 tourists from GCC countries have visited Dubai during the Eid holidays, the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs revealed.

According to data, the total number of entries and exits between 30 May to 8 June 2019 amounted to 1,302,460.

During the week of Eid, Dubai hotels received 43,582 guests from Saudi Arabia, an increase of 3% in comparison to the same period last year.

According to data from Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing, 7.16 million visitors visited the emirate in the first five months of 2019.
