Dubai’s Mercure Hotel Suites and Apartments receives two ISO certifications

Mercure Hotel Suites and Apartments, Dubai, has received two ISO certifications from Intertek, a total quality assurance provider to industries worldwide.

The certificate ISO 9001:2015 “helps the organisation demonstrate its ability to consistently provide services that meet customer requirements”. The ISO 14001:2015 certification “facilitates in systematic management of environmental responsibilities that contribute to the environmental pillar of sustainability”.

Speaking about the two certification, Abdul Naseer T.
