Tourism to create 50,000 jobs in Oman

Tourism will generate 50,000 jobs in the next 10 years in the Sultanate of Oman, a report by the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) revealed.

According to a report by Muscat Daily, an additional 260,500 people will be employed in the industry by 2029.

The report by WTTC also said that more than 100 million jobs will be created in the tourism sector around the world in the next 10 years.
