India, Saudi Arabia are Dubai’s top two tourism source markets

UK is the third top market source, followed closely by China

India and Saudi Arabia have retained their positions as Dubai’s top two tourism source markets, data by Dubai’s Tourism ministry revealed.

A total of 726,000 Indian tourists visited Dubai in the first four months of 2019, a drop of 9% when compared to the same period last year. While 550,000 Saudi tourists visited the emirate, which was 5% lesser when compared to the figure last year.

Meanwhile, UK formed the third source market, with a total of 439,000 tourists visiting Dubai. China followed closely with a total of 369,000 tourists this year.
