Accor Makkah has launched the “Accor Holy Destinations” umbrella. This initiative “aims at unifying the booking process” when planning tours for Hajj and Umrah across all Accor Hotels in Makkah and Madinah.

Alaaeldin Saleh, MD of FRS Makkah said that this initiative would also have a digital platform “for booking, information on Makkah and Madinah, a full-fledged map of the area, nearby shops and a 360-degree video of Al Haram”.

According to officials, the first phase, which contains information about Accor Hotels in Makkah, has been launched. The second and third phases are currently underway. Through this, guests will be able to access the online platform for information about pilgrims or hajj and umrah. Meanwhile, the fourth phase will provide information about Al Madinah Al Munawarh and Accor Hotels in Madinah.

The project will unify all Accor Hotels in Makkah and Madina with a total of 10,617 rooms, including residential units, suites, hotel apartments, royal floors, and villas.
