Emaar Hospitality Group has partnered with Claviger, a Middle East based sales representation group, in order to promote the sales of hotel rooms across the GCC region, the Group said in a press statement.  

The sales representation agreement between Emaar Hospitality Group and Claviger covers the promotion of hotels under the premium luxury brand Address Hotels & Resorts and the upscale lifestyle Vida Hotels and Resorts, as well as Armani Hotel Dubai, the statement revealed.

Reportedly, Claviger will leverage its in-market presence across the GCC region to promote the hotels, with a particular focus on families and corporate guests.

Led by its dedicated sales associates, the company will highlight the exceptional features and amenities offered by Emaar Hospitality Group’s hotels in Dubai to high net worth individuals and corporate houses, as well as conduct roadshows and customer events. Claviger will also highlight Emaar Hospitality Group’s hotels at specialised trade shows.

Speaking about the agreement, Chris Newman, chief operating officer of Emaar Hospitality Group, said: “Our hotels, all located in central locations in Dubai in close proximity to the most popular tourist attractions, are already popular among guests from across the GCC region.

“Through our new sales representation agreement, we are further highlighting the value-add that our hotels offer to newer audiences through Claviger’s dedicated network.

“As Dubai readies to welcome tourists from across the world this summer, the new partnership will contribute to added occupancy levels covering both leisure and business travellers.”

Claviger will draw on several industry trends in highlighting the hotels of Emaar Hospitality Group to distinctive audiences. With more than 33% of tourists in the region travelling for leisure, 24% for business and more than 36% visiting friends and families, there is a clear opportunity for driving sales across all hotels of Emaar Hospitality Group in Dubai, according to Claviger’s research.

The portfolio of hotels under Address Hotels & Resorts in Dubai include: Address Downtown, Address Boulevard, Address Dubai Mall and Palace Downtown – all in Downtown Dubai,  as well as Address Dubai Marina and Address Montgomerie.

Claviger will also promote the soon-to-open Address Fountain Views and Address Sky View, with bookings for the two hotels already open.

Vida Hotels and Resorts has two operational hotels – Vida Downtown and Manzil Downtown – both in Downtown Dubai as well as the upcoming new hotels – Vida Emirates Hills in the tranquil Emirates Hills neighbourhood and Vida Harbour Point in Dubai Creek Harbour.

Armani Hotel Dubai is located in the iconic Burj Khalifa and marks the collaboration of Emaar with fashion legend Giorgio Armani.
