Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management launches student restaurant concept

The service will be open for five days

The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management has launched their first student restaurant concept, the school has revealed.

According to the academy, the restaurant — Ruma-Modern Asian Cuisine — will be open for service for five days. Students will be serving a three-course menu. According to a source, two other student restaurant concepts will be launched soon.

The Ramadan menu at this restaurant includes, dates and water, glass noodle spring rolls, beef stir fry with jasmine rice, sticky rice with mango.
