Saudi Arabia’s Dammam and Al Khobar market has experienced an increase in occupancy of 11% in Q1 2019 compared to the same period in 2018.

This is partially due to growing corporate demand from the oil industry, according to Colliers International MENA Quarterly Review for Q1 2019.

Figures also revealed there has been an 8.4% increase in branded hotel supply for Q1 2019 in the city of Al Khobar compared to Q1 2018.
