Nicola Rossi, Four Seasons Hotels DIFC’s new executive chef, has more than 19 years of expertise in the culinary field.
Born and raised in Cremona, Italy, Rossi has a degree from Istituto Tecnico Luigi Nervi. Following his brief stint managing the family restaurant business, Rossi worked with authentic Italian kitchens such as the Ristorante 668, Osteria Pane & Salame, Palazzo Cattaneo and Ristorante Zahir.
Commenting on his new role, Rossi said, “The city’s burgeoning dining scene and working under the Michael Mina banner make for an extraordinary experience.”
Rossi, will be working in conjunction with the MINA Group to and is looking to incorporating additional menu items.
