Taj Hotel in JLT due for May 2019 handover

Signature Developers' 46-storey skyscraper, which includes the 200-unit five-star hotel, is nearing completion


Sister title Construction Week Online has reported that, Signature Developers’ 46-storey mixed development project in Dubai's Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), which comprises a hotel branded by Indian hospitality operator Taj, is due for handover in May 2019. 


The skyscraper’s first 17-floors will house the Taj Hotel, and units from the 20th floor will be used as residences.

Taj's five-star hotel, the group’s second facility in the Middle East, will comprise 200 guest rooms and suites.
