Westin Abu Dhabi to debut its first Wellness Week

The Westin Abu Dhabi is launching its first Wellness Week from March 22-28, 2019.

During this week, The Westin Abu Dhabi will offer complimentary fitness classes daily ranging from body pump and insanity interval training to aqua aerobics and varying levels of yoga sessions.

The yoga sessions include early morning Pranayama breathing exercises, daily sunset yoga and kids yoga for the little ones age two and above. All classes are free to attend on first come, first serve basis and all guests are encouraged to bring their yoga mats.

A wellness breakfast will take place at Fairways restaurant throughout the week and includes live cooking, Westin Fresh by The Juicery station and plenty of options for all dietary requirements. It will be AED127 (US$34.5) for adults and AED63.5 ($17) for kids below age 12.

A special wellness menu will also be at Shades and The Lounge along with another Westin Fresh by The Juicery live station available at The Patio.

Moreover, guests can enjoy complimentary spa taster treatments courtesy of The Heavenly Spa by Westin and skincare recommendations by Elemis.

For those wishing to spend the rest of the day outdoors, 50% off daily pool passes is also available during the week. Pool passes will range from AED25 ($6.8) for adults on weekdays and AED37.5 ($10) on weekends.

On Saturday, March 23, The Westin Abu Dhabi will host a special speaker session with health and fitness expert and four-time Fitness Model World Champion, Andreia Brazier. It will be an interactive session where she will talk about leading a healthy lifestyle along with tips.
