Time Hotels' new executive chef oversees two new F&B outlets
Adam Schorr will oversee the culinary operations at Time Oak Hotel & Suites in Dubai
US chef Adam Schorr has joined Time Oak Hotel & Suites to oversee the culinary operations of its two newly opened outlets, Pranzo and Mugs & Munch.
Hailing from south Florida, Schorr brings more than 20 years’ experience working across a variety of cuisine, including American, French, Italian, Mediterranean, and Asian, and will be in charge of day-to-day operations in the kitchen.
Pranzo, a Mediterranean and pizza eatery, and Mugs & Munch, a pastry café and lobby lounge, have both opened under the new executive chef.
