New executive chef for Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham JBR
Mohammed Sitab Alam’s 15-year experience has seen him working across the Middle East and India, and more recently in the UAE
Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham JBR has appointed Mohammed Sitab Alam as executive chef. With more than 15 years’ experience, Alam will be responsible for the kitchen operations of the hotel’s dining outlets.
Alam has worked in India, Kuwait, Oman and the United Arab Emirates. Previously he worked working as executive chef at the Golden Tulip Media Hotel, City Seasons Dubai, sous chef at Holiday Inn Barsha, and junior sous chef at Ritz-Carlton DIFC.
His other previous affiliations include with the Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi, Park Inn by Radisson Muscat, and Radisson Blu Dubai Media City.
