W Muscat hosts recruitment drive in Oman

The casting day welcomed more than 200 Omanis to the drive

The soon-to-open W Muscat hotel hosted a recruitment drive with a casting day that attracted more than 200 Omani talents looking to work within the hospitality sector.

Developed under Oman Tourism Development Company OMRAN, W Muscat is set to bring a new energy to the country’s hotel scene, offering guests and locals the “W lifestyle”.

Casting day is a series of events to recruit talent, who embody the passion and drive to deliver the brand’s Whatever/Whenever service promise. Omanis of all ages and backgrounds were welcomed to take part in this ‘first of its kind’ recruitment event which included being interviewed on a bright blue W branded Bus, purposefully transformed into a vibrant space exuding the W Hotels vibe. The casting day presented a live DJ performance, popcorn station, candy machine, and limitless energy drinks to further power the excitement and amp up the vibe setting the tone for what is to come.
