Best Western Hotels & Resorts has launched an Arabic website in an effort to expand its global reach.

Now, Arabic-speaking travellers can visit and can access booking rates, Best Western Rewards loyalty programme and even get assistance from the customer service team in Arabic.

Currently, the hotel company operates 12 hotels in the Middle East and four hotels in North Africa with plans of further expansion in the region.

The company already has websites with 21 different language offerings worldwide including Chinese, Spanish and Portuguese making Arabic the 22nd language.
