Transcorp Hilton Abuja pushes for elevated digital guest experience
The hotel has introduced ICEapp powered by Intelity which allows guests to control their experience prior to arriving from their personal devices
Transcorp Hilton Abuja has incorporated the ICEapp powered by Intelity, a digital guest solution, which allows guests control their hotel stay experience prior to arriving from their personal iOS or Android mobile devices.
The new ICEapp will equip guests with a direct connection between guests and the hotel team to improve guest service and communication. All hotel services are made available on a guest’s personal iPhone, iPad, or Android smartphone or tablet.
Guests can access the information needed to personalise a stay and place requests that are sent directly to appropriate hotel team members. Included services are pre-arrival requests, dining information, housekeeping, valet services and maintenance requests.
Transcorp Hilton Abuja general manager Etienne Gailliez said: “Guests want a more personalized experience, and ICEapp provides the digital engagement we need to start listening to their requests before, during, and even after their stay. We are delighted to introduce this new hospitality technology which enables us to deliver personalized experiences to our guests.”
