Earlier this week, Hotelier Middle East got a sneak peek at Dubai soon-to-be-opened luxury hotel — Emerald Palace Kempinski — on Palm Jumeriah's eastern crescent.

The hotel is slated to open in Q4 2018. Emerald Palace Kempinski Dubai will have 389 rooms and suites, eight restaurants and bars, 3,000sqm Cinq Mondes Spa, state-of-the-art fitness centre and yoga studio, 500m private white sand beach and 80-seat private cinema.

We speak to Kempinski Hotels chief operating officer Middle East & Africa Henk Meyknecht on what we can expect from the new hotel.
