Modbar, a line of revolutionary coffee brewing machines, completely modular with all the major hardware under-counter, designed for espresso, steam and drip coffee. The New Leva X Coffee Machine from La Marzocco improves temperature stability of the traditional lever machine thanks to an innovative PID temperature control.

What is your core business concept and product range?

We listen to our customers, allowing us to cater for their specific needs. We offer tailor-made services and can provide a complete one-stop-shop coffee solution, from our fresh roast ground and coffee beans, to our renowned domestic, commercial coffee machines and equipment along with our beverages and coffee essentials.

Which hotels have you recently partnered with?

We have recently partnered with new openings in the city and also renewed long partnership with existing properties.

Have you expanded the company?

Yes, since 2014, and post our acquisition by MZBG group, our aim is to expand throughout MENA region and we have successfully penetrated it with the joint venture of our local partners/distributors. This has given us tremendous growth and our volumes have increased substantially.

Have you opened a new showroom?

We are in process of expanding our facilities and shall be announcing it soon.

Confectionery: La Marquise International

La Marquise International supplies professional equipment, ingredients and expert knowledge around pastry, coffee, bakery, gelato as well as cold beverages. Anthony Bedoyan tells us more

Have you introduced any new product ranges?

La Marquise International brought on board four new brands in 2017. We created our very own pastry, chocolate and bakery line called Mia. We have also acquired frozen fruits by Andros, top quality Italian flour by Molino Pasini and the latte art printer by Folletto.

What is your core business concept and product range?

Our core business concept is to supply high quality world leading brands and complete solutions to our clients. Our vast products range from professional equipment for kitchen, café & bar, ingredients for pastry, bakery and gelato. We also offer chocolate solutions and F&B products such as coffee & tea.

Which hotels have you recently partnered with?

Recently La Marquise International has partnered with Rotana Group, Novotel, and Dusit Thani.

Have you any other news to share?

Thanks to steady success, we are able to open a new company called LMIEER. We have extended our Abu Dhabi showroom and opened a new, 500m2 showroom in Muscat, Oman.

What is your core business concept and product range?

Schaerer offers the right coffee machine for all needs and performance requirements — whether for an office coffee bar or a busy self-service restaurant. Our products are valued by customers worldwide for their ease of use, the large drinks menu and excellent coffee.

Have you introduced any new product ranges?

In 2018, we introduced Schaerer Premium Coffee Corner with customisation options, easy maintenance and filling, thanks to the compact modular design. Integration with the powerful digital solution, Schaerer Coffee Link, is guaranteed. In 2017, we introduced Schaerer Coffee Soul with an output of up to 250 daily cups — perfectly suited to small restaurants, coffee bars, even offices. The compact Schaerer Coffee Club can fit in an office or a kitchen counter. The Schaerer Barista combines the principles of a portafilter machine and skills of a barista with easy operation and reliability of a fully automatic coffee machine.

Which hotels have you recently partnered with?

We are partnering with global hotel chains. Our dedicated global channel team for hotels will be able to offer the perfect coffee machine solution tailored for any location.

Have you expanded?

As part of Groupe SEB, Schaerer and WMF can offer dedicated service levels and reliable products with latest technology for smooth operation and low cost of ownership.

Have you opened a new showroom?

Demo machines can be tested in locations of our partner network. There is an opportunity to test machines for a limited period of time in your own properties, too.

Have you introduced any new product ranges?

Our digital solution WMF CoffeeConnect is an integrated database for all product and process data. Sales figures, service information and error messages can be viewed at any time and from any location.

Our automatic filter coffee machine, WMF 9000 F is a flexible machine where users can dispense smaller amounts of hot water using the 10-inch touch display.

Automatic speciality machine WMF 1500 S+ is geared towards medium-sized coffee enterprises in a wide range of areas, numerous templates ensure that the fully automatic machine fulfils the needs of all users visually, functionally and linguistically.

The new WMF Syrup Station can be directly connected to a compatible WMF coffee machine, so these coffee mix specialities can be saved as standard drinks on the coffee machine display, with over 20 options available.
