Blazon Hotels' Ajman Hotel appoints director of F&B
Rafael Peterkovic has joined the property from his most recent role as executive chef on the Viking Ocean cruise ship
Ajman Hotel has appointed Rafael Peterkovic as its new director of food and beverage.
The German national will lead the food & beverage department at the property. His last position was executive chef on Viking Ocean cruise ship, while catering more than 930 guests daily and overseeing both kitchen and F&B service operations.
Peterkovic has worked for a number of international hospitality brands such as Westin, Kempinski, Le Meridien, in addition to cruise ships such as M/V Seaborn Quest.
Peterkovic said in a statement: "I am glad to come back to the hotel industry and embrace this new opportunity in UAE. My plan is to develop new strategies to bring more footfall to the 10 food and beverages outlets of the hotel."
