Al Dawaar, Dubai's only revolving restaurant, reopens

The restaurant offers 360 degree views of the city with a live kitchen dining experience

Set on the 25th floor of the Hyatt Regency Dubai, Al Dawaar, Dubai’s only revolving restaurant and lounge, has reopened.

The venue has been completely remodelled and offers views of the city skyline with including the Burj Khalifa, the sea and the creek.

In the open kitchen, chefs prepare international dishes from the tandoor, wok, rotisserie and steam pots. The culinary offering also includes a selection of salads, a sushi and sashimi, a meat station, Arabic mezze, smoked fish, cold cuts; and cooked and raw seafood.

The lounge which offers a wide selection of beverages from around the world. The two bars – one that revolves and the other that is stationery, are spaces to enjoy a drink while taking in views of the city and the sea.

Colonial elements such as white louvered shutters, panelled walls, French windows, tropical Bird of Paradise palms aim to bring warmth and character to the space.

Al Dawaar is open during the week for both lunch (12:30 PM to 3:30 PM) and dinner (7:00 PM to 11:30 PM). On Thursdays and Fridays, the restaurant opens from 12:00 to Midnight.
