Chateau Blanc debuts in the region with outlet at Jumeirah
With more than 50 outlets across Indonesia, Chateau Blanc in Jumeirah will be the first outlet outside the country
Chateau Blanc, a patisserie specialising in custom-made cakes and desserts is opening its first venture in the Middle East, located in Dubai’s Jumeirah Beach Road.
The establishment is the brainchild of Chef Lal De Silva who started his career in Australia and moved on to working at the Four Seasons, Indonesia, before launching his family owned establishment, The Harvest.
Guests can browse an array of French delicacies meticulously designed and made using artisan techniques daily on the premises.
With more than 50 outlets across Indonesia, this is the family’s first venture abroad. The philosophy behind Chateau Blanc is to procure the world’s finest, and highest quality ingredients available in each and every product on offer.
The team of artists and bakers, located above the main restaurant area, blend various ingredients and flavour profiles together for a delicious experience.
A selection of signature desserts include; the rich decadent Nutty Nutella, the traditional Red Velvet cake and the indulgent Italian classic, Tiramisu.
Clients are encouraged to test the skills of the team with bespoke orders and 3D designs that reflect the latest cultural and seasonal trends.
