YouGov UAE Brand Health Rankings: Top 5 - Hospitality

  1. Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts
  2. Hilton Hotels & Resorts
  3. Rotana Hotels & Resorts
  4. Sheraton Hotels & Resorts
  5. Le Meridien Hotels & Resorts

The brand health rankings used BrandIndex’s Index score for the list which assesses overall brand health. The Index score takes into account perceptions of a brand’s quality, value, impression, satisfaction, reputation and whether consumers would recommend the brand to others.

Scott Booth, YouGov’s head of data products in MENA commented: “YouGov’s BrandIndex demonstrates the strength of Dubai and Abu Dhabi’s locally established hospitality brands, with Jumeirah topping the list and Rotana in third. Jumeirah in particular has done well to distinguish itself not only as a premiere, aspirational hospitality brand, but also as a lifestyle, leisure and dining brand in the UAE. The breadth and strength of Jumeirah’s presence in the lives of residents helps boost them above global competitors in a crowded market for hoteliers.”

YouGov BrandIndex operates in 32 countries across the globe, covering markets in North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Asia and Australasia. The Inaugural Global Brand Health Rankings were conducted across sectors in 30 countries worldwide.
