Miss Lily's Dubai launches Summer Blazin' Brunch

The Caribbean-themed night spot set in Dubai's Sheraton Grand Hotel will now welcome guests during the day

Miss Lily's, a New York-founded concept, opened its first international outpost in 2016, bringing Caribbean cuisine and hospitality to Dubai’s nightlife scene.

Serge Becker created an 80s Jamaican diner-style space with checkerboard floors accented with vinyl record covers on the walls and a multi-coloured disco ball.

Executive chef Adam Schop has curated a menu that draws from the diverse roots of Jamaican cuisine featuring signature Miss Lily’s dishes like Jerk Chicken, Oxtail Stew, Grilled Jerk Corn, Jerk Ramen and more.

Schop has created several dishes that are exclusive to the Dubai outlet set in the Sheraton Grand Hotel including pimento and tamarind glazed lamb ribs, chili king crab and slow roasted pimento short rib.

From July 14, guests will be able to sample Miss Lily’s signature dishes every Friday afternoon with a choice of two packages – an all-inclusive beverage package, priced at AED 390 per person and a soft drinks package for AED 250 per person.
