Why is it important that you support the Hotelier Middle East: Executive Housekeeper Forum?

It’s important for us to promote the Canasin brand at the Executive Housekeeper Forum and get to know as many housekeepers there face-to-face. We have also gone one better and set up appointments with housekeepers.

What do you think are the main challenges facing housekeeping professionals in 2017?

Pricing is the biggest challenge we face and owners always want the lowest possible price. However, they fail to remember ‘quality always equals price’. The housekeepers need to ensure guest satisfaction levels are high, and subpar products do not help in this endeavour.

What are the latest product launches from your company?

We have recently launched eco-friendly bed and bath linen.
