Saudi gets 143,000 visitors at heritage festival

The Saudi Tourism Information and Research Center MAS recorded 130,582 visitors through Friday night

 Saudi Arabia's Jeddah Heritage festival saw over 143,000 visitors in four days since starting on March 29, reports local media.

The Saudi Tourism Information and Research Center MAS recorded 130,582 visitors through Friday night, then an additional 13,000 on Saturday.

One of the activities at the heritage festival includes a historical screenplay the depicts the 2,600-year history of the city to the period of King Abdulaziz Al-Saud.

The festival is open daily from 5pm-11pm until April 8, 2017.
