Hilton Makkah Convention Hotel

Proposed opening date: Q2 2017.

Location: In the heart of the Holy City of Makkah, footsteps from Masjid Al Haram and the Kaaba.

Owner: Jabal Omar Development Company (JODC).

Keys: 780 rooms.

F&B outlets: All day dining restaurant, Lebanese restaurant with a private dining room and open-air terrace overlooking the landscape. Malaysian/Indian speciality restaurant, offering extensive use of fresh fruit and vegetables, aromatic herbs, rice and meat with a creative approach. The lobby lounge and an executive lounge.

Leisure facilities: Health club.

MICE facilities: Hilton Makkah Convention Hotel offers 3,500m2 of total meeting space, including a convention hall of 1,650m2, a 300m2 auditorium and eight meeting and board rooms.

Unique selling points of the property: The hotel features Makkah’s first convention centre, with five flexible conference rooms and three multipurpose galleries, and a pillar-free ballroom.

The Address Boulevard Dubai

Proposed opening date: April 2017.

Location: Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard in Downtown Dubai.

Keys: 196 rooms including 116 deluxe rooms, 44 deluxe club rooms, 28 one-bedroom suites, seven two-bedroom suites and a presidential suite.There are 532 serviced apartments including duplexes and two penthouses.

Total area of property: Hotel — 37,000 m2; residences — 76,000m2.

F&B outlets: The Restaurant at The Address — which will take prime position at the hotel. The Lounge and The Roof Top — located on the 70th and 71st floors, providing a dining experience with 360° views of Dubai.

Leisure facilities: The Spa at The Address Boulevard Dubai features a spa and wellness centre that occupies the 70th floor spanning 700 m2. Three swimming pools including a family pool and a spa pool along with steam rooms, saunas, hammam, and rhassoul. There is also a children’s splash pad.

MICE facilities: The hotel’s conference and meeting facilities include the 450m2 ballroom which is located on the ground floor of the hotel.

F&B outlets: 10 outlets within the property: Living Room, The Kitchen (all day dining restaurant), Café One, Indian restaurant, pan-Asian restaurant, cigar lounge and bar, Cosmic Bowling, Boulevard Café, beach club and lounge, pool bar and lounge.

Leisure facilities: 2km of private beach, three temperature controlled swimming pools, including a kids’ pool, dedicated Kempinski Kids Club and outdoor kids playground, beach club and water sports facilities, a PGA standard 18-hole links golf course, located in Al Mouj Golf Club, which is a five minute drive from the hotel.

MICE facilities: 12 meeting rooms, outdoor venues, garden and beach.
