IHG chief operating officer India, Middle East & Africa Pascal Gauvin said: "We are delighted to be strengthening our global partnership with the Rolaco Group through the signing of their first Holiday Inn property in Dubai. The signing reinforces our current footprint in the UAE, which includes 19 hotels open and another 11 hotels in our pipeline. The UAE is home to our second largest portfolio of hotels in the Middle East and we continue to expand our portfolio in the region."

Rolaco Group board member Saud Abdulaziz Al Sulaiman added: "Our Group is very happy to add this Holiday Inn to our almost 50 years cooperation with IHG. As Holiday Inn is recognised by millions around the world and appeals to a wide range of guests, we're confident the hotel will become a key pillar of the Life Sciences community being created in the city. We look forward to opening the doors of Holiday Inn Dubai Science Park and welcoming business and leisure guests to this new area of Dubai."
