Ninety six percent of unhappy customers don’t complain and 91% of them will simply choose to never do business with you again, according to French company Daxium, developer of a new guest satisfaction app for the Middle East.

Daxium's mobile app is called Click&Smiles and allows hotels to obtain customer feedback and customise the application with their own questions and icons.

It can be rolled out for use in a store, on a counter or a stand. Hoteliers can then analyse the feedback through reports received each week.

Daxium Middle East Manager Aymeric de Guerre stated: “We run businesses in a very competitive environment, customers have plenty of options and your competitors are always ready to steal your clients from you.

"This solution comes to the assistance of professionals seeking to adapt their offer to their customers as much as strengthen customer loyalty for their brands”.

Food and beverage outlets can also benefit from the new application, helping managers measure their customer satisfaction efficiently by replacing paper surveys.
