Pegasus Airlines recently launched a new advertising campaign targeting the Middle East and North Africa.
Low-cost Turkish airline Pegasus has launched a B2C campaign, aired in both English and Arabic, aimed to attract Arabic tourists to Turkey, according to local media sources.
The new campaign highlights the range of tourism opportunities awaiting tourists in Turkey – including historical, sightseeing and nature walks, beach holidays, faith tourism and shopping.
Pegasus Airlines vice president – sales Emre Pekesen, commented: “As a regional low-cost airline, the MENA region is a very significant market for us. The region has increasingly accepted Turkey as a favourite travel destination for both summer holidays and city breaks, adding to number of guests arriving in Turkey for business.”
Pegasus Airlines currently operates in Amman, Bahrain, Baghdad, Beirut, Dubai, Erbil, Hurghada, Kuwait, Qatar, Sharm El-Sheikh and Tehran.
Plans are in progress to launch more destinations in future.
