Rotana to manage Saadiyat Island development
The mixed-use development is due to open in 2017 and includes apartment hotels which Rotana will operate
Bloom Holding, an Abu Dhabi-based real estate company, has appointed Rotana to operate the hotel apartments which are part of its mixed-use development, Park View, on Saadiyat Island. The two companies signed an agreement for the management terms this week.
Due to open in 2017, and available for purchase shortly after that, the hotel apartments are located close to major road networks linking Abu Dhabi’s key tourist destinations in Saadiyat and Yas Islands, the Park View development will also comprise a residential building offering 234 studios, one, two and three bedroom units.
The design is geared toward urban upscale living and the property has retail outlets, restaurants, an infinity pool 30 meters above the ground and a gym and a fitness centre.
