Not only that, 17% have said that the decline in the Russian rouble has indirectly impacted salaries, while 25% feel less secure about their jobs than they did 12 months ago.

An imbalance between supply and demand in the Middle East hotel landscape, combined with economic and political uncertainty in feeder markets has driven employers to push the pressure back onto staff – and their pay packets, say our respondents.
