ATTENTION: Salary Survey closes this week
Have your say on whether Middle East hotels should increase salaries for staff
The Hotelier Middle East Salary Survey 2015 closes on May 13, so this week is the final chance to have your say on whether you get paid enough, what hotel company is best to work for, and whether you are being given enough support to develop your career.
Last year you told us salaries were not increasing in line with the cost of living, and that you expected to have more opportunities to progress within the sector as more hotels come on to the market.
This year we ask if this is still the case: Are salaries still lagging behind the cost of living? Are there still plenty of jobs on the market or are opportunities waning? Does your employer have to step up its game to keep you, or have you decided to stay in your current role for the foreseeable future?
Tell us now by completing the Hotelier Middle East Salary Survey 2015.
Now in its seventh year, the survey is open to all levels of hospitality professionals working in the Middle East hotel business, and this year we are hoping to see more hoteliers than ever before complete the survey to make the 2015 survey results the most comprehensive to date.
The results of the 2015 survey will be published in the June issue of Hotelier Middle East and will highlight job satisfaction, company loyalty and market sentiment in the Middle East Hotel industry.
