Absolute Barbecues - also known as AB’s - is an indoor barbecue outlet with a menu specially tailored to the style of dishes served from charcoal burners and stoves. AB’s first outlet is located in DMC, serving cuisine based on alfresco cooking.

AB’s was established in India, where their ‘do-it-yourself’ grilling experience set them apart from usual barbecue joints. They have brought the same concept to Dubai, where customers can choose from in-house marinated meat, seafood and vegetables to grill to their own preference.

“AB’s is unique in that it provides an indoor barbecue experience, offering separate grilling options that include a barbecue at each table and a central live cooking station. AB’s has been specially tailored for foodies, in particular those who enjoy the typical style of dishes served up during al fresco cooking and dining,” said Mayfair Restaurants general manager, Razeen Parambil.

Absolute Barbecue offers a number of dining options, with a buffet lunch available from 12-4pm and a buffet dinner from 6pm-12am. There are also Friday and Saturday brunch options.
