Alta Badia awarded the Marchio Ospitalita Italiana
Jumeirah Emirates Towers' Italian restaurant scores quality and authenticity certification from ENIT
Located at Jumeirah Emirates Towers, Italian restaurant Alta Badia has been awarded the Marchio Ospitalità Italiana for its authenticity and a true Italian dining experience.
The accolade is presented by the Italian Government Tourist Board (ENIT) after thorough evaluation.
ENIT evaluates a restaurant for a number of features, including the chef’s training and knowledge, the restaurant’s design and style, the use of Italian language on menus, Italian speaking waiters, mise en place practices, origin of products and an Italian beverage list.
Alta Badia’s chef patron Claudio Melis said, “We are delighted to have been recognised by such a prestigious association, which strives to find the very best Italian cuisine across the globe. We are honoured to have been named among the world’s elite who hold the certification.”
Alta Badia is now amongst the 2% of Dubai’s top Italian restaurants to hold this award.
