Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights, the second Hyatt Regency-branded property is set to open in March 2015.

The 464-key hotel, located in Dubai Healthcare City, will feature 76 suites, a Regency Club Lounge, a spa with eight treatment rooms, signature gym and fitness studios, and conference and event facilities.

Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights will also include 405 private residential apartments.

The hotel’s general manager Mathieu Greppo commented: “Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights will provide a welcome place for business travellers, convention goers and vacationers alike. The property’s opening marks significant momentum in the expansion of our brand in the UAE, a market that is continuing to make its presence felt as a burgeoning business and leisure destination.”

“As a group, we place the strongest emphasis on service and my vision is to redefine and raise the bar for the guest experience in Dubai. For Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights we have achieved this through a recruitment strategy which brings on board associates with the right positive attitude. Our focus is to offer visitor service excellence, from flight, to hotel, to shopping mall and beyond,” he added.

Hyatt Hotels & Resorts currently operates four hotels in Dubai – Park Hyatt Dubai, Grand Hyatt Dubai, Hyatt Regency Dubai, Grand Hyatt Dubai, Hyatt Regency Dubai, and Hyatt Place Dubai, which opened in May this year.

Also in the pipeline for the group is the 428-key Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Residences Emirates Pearl, which was originally due to open as Regent Abu Dhabi under the Rezidor Hotel Group but was cancelled by the owner – Atlas Hospitality – in 2011.

The 47-storey hotel, located in the Ras Al Akhdar district of Abu Dhabi, will now open in 2015 and will feature 368 rooms and 60 serviced apartments.
