New location and regional special for Soho Grill
American concept opens in Wasl Vita Mall, with falafel burger added to menu
Soho Grill has opened its fifth outlet in Dubai, at Wasl Vita Mall, with executive chef David Cagle adding the NYC Falafel Burger to the restaurant's menu to appeal to local tastes.
The restaurant has been designed by Keane Brands, and features Soho’s signature urban feel, and stripped back design with industrial accents.
With its all-day menu, diners can choose from SoHo staples such as the Soho Dawg, a choice between lamb and beef, accompanied with spicy chakalaka tomato sauce and fries. They also offer premium cuts steak from New Zealand grass-fed, 200 day aged Australian Angus and the tender Wagyu fillet; guests can choose between sides like the tangy lemon potato wedges, Soho Mac & Cheese or sautéed mushrooms.
Those searching for a lighter meal can opt for SoHo’s New York Cobb Salad with its baby gem lettuce, avocado, blue cheese, veal bacon, grilled chicken and honey mustard dressing.
Soho Grill also has a breakfast menu, with fresh fruit salad or the yoghurt parfait with fresh fruit and crunchy granola. Diners can select heartier options like the SoHo Big Breakfast with crispy veal bacon, fried eggs, beef sausage, hash browns, mushrooms, roasted tomatoes and SoHo BBQ beans or waffles filled with strawberries, blueberries and dripping with maple syrup.
