Sushi Central LLC has opened its new branch in Mina, Abu Dhabi, the third location for the Emirati owned restaurant collection.

“We are excited to announce the soft launch of our third location in Abu Dhabi,” said Sushi Central managing partner and founder Ons Sidi Mebarek.

“This opening marks the third restaurant in Sushi Central’s two years of operation. It encompasses everything we aim to achieve as leaders of the delivery and casual Japanese dining industry.”

Head chef Renato designed the menu at Sushi Central, which features Japanese-inspired food. This also includes Japanese-Emirati fusions including the ‘Dates Tempura’, a dessert, which consists of dates, rice, almond and honey topping.

The 65-seat restaurant is 170 square feet with original artwork picked by the management and Etihad Art Gallery.
